Building Blocks of Education
There are many children who start kindergarten without the basic building blocks they need. Mock University is the solution. We prepare our students for testing in public schools and prep their behavior for the traditional classroom setting. With both classroom and recess time, we prepare your child for the typical work and play settings of public school.
Throughout our program, we concentrate on identifying sight words and reading full sentences to help students reach a second-grade reading level. Using the "A Beka" and "Your Baby Can Read" curricula, we blend faith-based education and infant reading principles.
In addition to the basics, we offer students a range of gross motor and creative opportunities, including weekly music sessions, a fun-filled morning Chapel time, and arts and crafts in the afternoon. We strive to include enrichment activities that extend our students' knowledge and understanding of the world outside the classroom. Each year, our older students take a field trip to a working farm, a post office, a fire station, and other local places of interest.
We are also committed to parent education. For interested parents, we offer a number
of seminars throughout the year to help you better understand and support your
